1. Interpretation

“You,” “Your,” or “Customer” refers to any individual who submits an order through the website.
“Order” refers to any written information that has been submitted to the website by the customer.
“Product” refers to any original paper that has been drafted and delivered to the customer in accordance with the terms stipulated in their order.

2. Service Provision

By using services rendered by the website, you agree to the Terms and Conditions stipulated below. If you are not in agreement with these Terms and Conditions, discontinue further use of the website.

3. Security and Privacy

a. Security

We will store certain information that you submit to the website, including information relating to your use of the website, for the purposes of managing the performance of the website. As much as we agree to perform regular backups of information at routine intervals, you are entirely responsible for the information related to your activity on the website. You agree that we hold no liability for the loss or corruption of any such information. In this manner, you waive any right of action against the company on matters of loss or corruption of such information.

4. Refund Policy

a. Money-Back Guarantee

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction in the provision of services. While great efforts may be undertaken to ensure the actualization of this endeavor, we understand that products may not measure up to your expectations. For this unfortunate reason, we invite you to review the following conditions with regards to returning a product:

There is a payment-related issue, such as a duplicate charge for a brief.
A milestone is not delivered within the agreed timeline.
A deliverable substantially fails to address the brief's specifications, as determined through our dispute resolution process.

b. Our Considerations

While we make great efforts to ensure client satisfaction, we care about the welfare of our writers. In the unfortunate event you decide to cancel a brief before an in-progress milestone is complete, we will request the writer to provide their current draft. This draft will be made available within four hours of the cancellation. Take note that any refund will be prorated to reflect the milestone work already completed at the time of cancellation.

c. Brief Etiquette

In an effort to streamline delivery:

Update your brief by providing additional and relevant resources or materials pivotal to the delivery of quality work.
Refrain from changing the brief's scope once a writer has been assigned to a milestone.
Acknowledge that in the event you decide to change the scope mid-milestone, the assigned writer may treat this as a new revision request, subject to our revision policy.
Review each milestone deliverable to ensure it meets your brief's specifications before you approve it. Approving a milestone releases payment for that milestone and forfeits your right to request a refund on it.
Accept that any milestone left unreviewed 7 days after delivery will automatically be approved, and payment released to the writer.
Recognize that once payment for a milestone has been released to the writer, no refund request for that milestone will be honored.

d. Dispute Resolution

When initiating a dispute, you agree to the following conditions:

To provide compelling facts accompanied by evidence.
To allow our support team to commence and sustain constant communication with you and the writer, request for information, evidence, or materials pivotal to the case, and take up to 48 hours for an effective dispute resolution process.
To review and resolve each dispute individually.

5. Trade Mark and Copyright Policies

We respond and address notices of an alleged infringement of copyright in accordance with applicable international intellectual property law. In conformity with the above policies, we endeavor to terminate services and disable the account profiles of repeat offenders.

6. Corrections

In the event typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies are identified on the website; we reserve the right to execute corrections and update or change the information at any time, without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

We do not take any responsibility for any tortious, illegal, unethical, or improper activities associated with the use of the products. We are also not liable for any business outcomes resulting from the use of delivered content, including but not limited to marketing performance, lead generation results, regulatory review, lawsuits, or any other business, legal, or reputational measures that result from the tortious, illegal, unethical, or improper activities associated with the use of the products. You agree to the use of the website at your own risk.
